What You'll Do

  • Source and evaluate early-to-mid-stage investments across AI, robotics, and deep tech.
  • Lead due diligence end to end — market, product, team, and financials.
  • Build the investment thesis, write the memo, and make the case to the investment committee.
  • Work closely with founders after the check — strategy, hiring, fundraising, and growth.
  • Build a network of founders, operators, and co-investors across Asia and globally.

Who You Are

  • 3–7 years of experience, with sharp analytical skills and strong judgment.
  • Fluent in English and Korean — you operate comfortably across Asia and globally.
  • We care how you think, not where you came from — but backgrounds where craft and rigor are the standard (investment banking, consulting) or a fast-scaling startup translate especially well.
  • Genuinely curious about technology, AI, and what makes founders win.
  • Self-directed and high-ownership, comfortable making calls under ambiguity.
  • Bonus: prior VC or investing experience, or you've built and operated inside a startup yourself.
