Hong Kong is one of the markets opening now, and this role is its technical leader, reporting into the global HQ's C-level and deciding locally.

What You'll Do

• Be the first technical person in the market: lead demos, architecture, and security conversations with Hong Kong's financial institutions and enterprises.
• Act as hands-on engineering lead. Ship the first customer integrations yourself, then define and hire the Hong Kong delivery team.
• Drive customer integrations end to end, from scoping to production deployment of AI agents.
• Operate bilingually across Cantonese and Mandarin-speaking enterprise stakeholders and a global English-speaking organization.
• Represent Hong Kong's regulatory and market needs directly to the global Product team.
• Serve as the local technical point of contact, building partnerships and handling escalations.

Who You Are

• Fluent English, written and spoken. Cantonese and/or Mandarin a strong plus.
• 8+ years hands-on software engineering. You've shipped things that ran in production, not slide decks about them.
• Proven in pre-sales, solution architecture, or complex technical implementations. You've been in the room when the deal turns technical.
• Customer-facing by background (Site CTO, Solutions Architect, or similar), fluent in both tech and business.
• Leadership DNA at Director, VP, or Founder level.
• Zero-to-one comfortable: you build the plan, the team, and the system with nobody above you to ask.
• Great if you have: sold into or built for financial services; founded or been early at a company that scaled; enterprise AI or agent deployment experience.
