About The Role
- You'll own go-to-market as one of our first GTM hires — and at this stage, GTM means almost everything that grows the company.
- From content to marketing to sales to community to partnerships: if it brings candidates and companies to Harper, it's yours.
- This is the rare role where you touch nearly every lever of growth, with real ownership and the CEO right beside you.
What You'll Do
- Own nearly all of growth — content, marketing, social, sales/BD with company clients, community, and partnerships.
- Build repeatable channels that bring in candidates and companies, then scale what works.
- Run outreach and close early company clients alongside the CEO.
- Set up the GTM playbook, tooling, and metrics from scratch.
- Wear every hat the company needs — at this stage, there's no "not my job."
Who You Are
- 2–5+ years in GTM, growth, sales/BD, or community at a startup — with results you can point to.
- A builder who can both strategize and execute (early stage = you do both).
- Fluent in English and Korean.
- High-agency, comfortable owning ambiguous, zero-to-one problems.
- Bonus: experience in marketplaces, startups, or recruiting.
