What You'll Do

Prospecting & lead generation: Identify and target potential enterprise customers through research, networking, and outbound. Build new relationships with enterprise customers and prospects to drive revenue, pipeline, and deployment capacity.

Manage relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at the largest customers. Serve as their primary point of contact and exceed their expectations.

Negotiate & close complex deal cycles: Lead negotiations with existing and prospective customers, address objections, and close. Navigate contracts and agreements quickly, working closely with legal and finance.

Sales strategy & planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Craft tailored presentations and proposals for enterprise needs, and work with marketing on effective campaigns.

Help define the sales motion: The Korea team is early, and your work will directly shape how the GTM function operates and succeeds.

Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with the broader GTM team, as well as product, technical, and operations orgs.
Who You Are

10+ years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing sales role, identifying and closing large accounts.

Enterprise experience managing a $1M+ quota and running end-to-end complex deals.

Strong English and Korean written and verbal communication.

Analytical mindset: able to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.

Proven track record of prospecting and landing enterprise clients through research, networking, and outbound.
