About The Role
You'll own user growth in the North American market — creating the reactions of global users directly. This team values fast execution and experimentation over fixed playbooks, and wants someone who'll drive everything from acquisition to growth, across any channel or format.
What You'll Do
- Plan and produce short-form content grounded in a deep read of target users and North American internet memes & trends.
- Rapidly test viral ideas and find repeatable growth formulas.
- Run global community & social channels — Reddit, Discord, X.
- Run and optimize performance marketing across TikTok, Meta, and Google.
Who You Are
- Native-level English, deeply fluent in North American internet culture and social trends.
- You can plan and produce short-form content yourself, fast.
- You execute faster than you plan — you test ideas immediately.
- You analyze performance with data and know what to improve.
