회사 소개

메신저에서 사용자의 요청을 실제 결과로 연결하는 개인용 AI 에이전트를 만드는 초기 팀입니다. 사용자의 맥락을 바탕으로 필요한 일을 제안하고, 승인을 거쳐 식당 예약·음식 주문·쇼핑 등을 실행하는 경험을 개발합니다. 현재 초대 사용자 대상 베타를 운영하며 Telegram, LINE, 카카오톡 연결을 지원합니다. 한국에서 시작해 일본과 아시아 시장으로 확장하는 것을 목표로 합니다.

역할

프로덕트 디자이너로서 소비자용 AI 에이전트의 제품 경험을 설계합니다. 초기 핵심 팀원으로 사용자 문제를 발견하고, 해결책을 제안하며, 출시 후 반응을 확인하고 개선하는 과정에 직접 참여합니다.

  • 사용자 문제를 정의하고 화면·상호작용을 설계해 실제 제품으로 출시합니다.
  • 사용자의 반응과 사용 결과를 살펴 다음 제품 개선에 반영합니다.
  • 제품·엔지니어링 팀과 함께 구현 가능한 방향을 구체화합니다.

    If it looks like a good fit, Harper may recommend you to the company first or ask whether you'd like to move forward with the role, depending on your settings. If you say yes, Harper helps make the connection right away.

  • Keep the door open while you work.

    Harper keeps looking for opportunities that match what you want and suggests new connections. You don't have to be actively job searching. You can consider each company's proposal before deciding whether to move forward, and Harper will help you through the process.

    Yes. These are roles companies have asked Harper to help with, and Harper is in direct contact with them.

    Am I applying directly here?

    No. Harper uses information the company has shared privately to assess how well the role fits you. If it looks like a good fit, Harper may recommend you to the company first or ask whether you'd like to move forward with the role first. If you accept, Harper helps make the connection right away. For now, tell Harper which role interests you. Harper will review it first and prepare what it needs to introduce you well.

    How is this different from applying directly to the company?

    You're more likely to reach a meeting, and Harper helps you through the process.

    Will my information be shared with the company?

    You can choose between two approaches. With Exceptional only, Harper shows you a strong opportunity first and shares your profile with the company only after you accept and allow profile sharing. With Open to matches, Harper may introduce your profile to a company first when there's a strong fit. This can lead to more opportunities, and you can review the company's proposal before deciding whether to move forward.

    What if I'm not looking to move right now?

    That's fine. Tell Harper you're not planning a move right now. You can look at a proposal you like and decide then.

    Does a person review my profile along the way?

    Harper Agent reviews the fit first. Before an introduction to a company, a Harper team member gives the connection a final check. Your profile is shared with the company according to your settings and consent.
