Deployment Strategist

The opportunity

The hiring client is a fast-growing enterprise AI platform company with local deployment teams across international markets. Its teams work alongside large customers to turn AI-agent use cases into production workflows, connecting data, systems and business operations. The employer's name is shared through Harper when appropriate in the introduction process.

This role sits between technology, delivery and customer collaboration. You will take complex enterprise AI implementations from initial scoping to production launch, with responsibility for the outcomes customers actually see.

What you will do

• Lead customer delivery for an enterprise AI platform and its agent workflows.
• Define pilot and onboarding requirements, success measures and integration plans.
• Coordinate implementation, integration and agent refinement with product, engineering and customer teams.
• Keep deliverables, timelines and service expectations aligned; track risks and remove blockers.
• Monitor production performance, improve adoption and identify the next useful customer use case.

What you will bring

• At least three years in a technical problem-solving role and comfort with APIs, data flows and system integration.
• Strong communication, project management and stakeholder coordination.
• The ability to make progress when requirements are incomplete and to work hands on across teams.
• A computer science or related technical degree, or equivalent practical experience.

Engineering, technical consulting, management consulting or a growing startup are helpful backgrounds.
