Marketing Manager, Korea
Build and scale the client's brand, ecosystem and pipeline in Korea through field marketing, executive events, partnerships and PR, with room to lead Northeast Asia and APAC programs.
The opportunity
The hiring client is a fast-growing enterprise AI platform company with local go-to-market and deployment teams across international markets. Its teams work alongside large customers to turn AI-agent use cases into production workflows, connecting data, systems and business operations.
You will build and scale the client's brand, ecosystem and market presence in Korea while contributing to broader APAC marketing. The role starts Korea-focused and can grow into leading Northeast Asia and APAC initiatives. It suits someone who combines strategy with hands-on execution and wants to build from the ground up.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end field marketing programs in Korea that drive pipeline: integrated campaigns, executive engagement, flagship events, ecosystem partnerships, PR, content and strategic communications.
- Develop and execute field marketing strategy to strengthen brand awareness and expand the client's enterprise presence in Korea.
- Build partnerships across Korea's enterprise technology ecosystem, including industry associations, media and technology partners.
- Partner with local and regional GTM, product, business and global marketing teams on go-to-market initiatives and customer acquisition.
- Translate global messaging into locally relevant campaigns, product narratives and marketing assets for enterprise audiences.
What you will bring
- At least eight years of B2B field marketing experience with a track record of driving brand growth, executive engagement and integrated programs in Korea's enterprise technology market.
- Hands-on experience across executive events, account-based marketing, partner marketing, integrated campaigns, PR, content and strategic communications.
- Strong understanding of Korea's enterprise ecosystem and go-to-market landscape, and the ability to align marketing with business priorities.
- Familiarity with product marketing and translating global product messaging into localized campaigns.
- Strong professional English, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong ownership.
Enterprise AI, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity or enterprise software backgrounds are preferred. Entrepreneurial builders who can connect local opportunities to regional priorities are a strong fit.
Why consider it
You will own marketing for one of the client's priority markets at a $5B company whose product is already deployed with large enterprises worldwide, with a clear path to a regional remit. The role is based in Seoul.
