What You'll Do

• Deploy high-business-impact use cases into production across industries — you own the outcome.
• Take state-of-the-art GenAI from consumer products to heavy industrial use cases.
• Lead the most complex customer projects — advanced fine-tuning, SOTA LLM applications — and contribute to the open-source codebases (inference, fine-tuning).
• Run pre-sales with CEOs/CTOs, data scientists, and engineers, and translate frontier research into something they can ship.
• Improve the models with the research and product teams based on what you see in the field.

Who You Are

• 7–10+ years as a hands-on IC (data scientist or software engineer) on AI products. PhD/Master's in AI/DS — or self-made.
• You've fine-tuned LLMs and shipped advanced RAG / agentic use cases.
• Deep understanding of ML and LLM internals, plus cloud infra and how to deploy AI in production.
• You've built or deployed products with a large-scale user base.
• You explain complex systems simply, to any audience.
• Fluent in English.
• Bonus: open-source LLM contributions; Forward Deployed Engineer, Staff ML Engineer, or Staff Data Scientist background.
