Company Description

A specialized AI cloud founded in Seoul in 2020 and now expanding in San Francisco. It provisions and routes GPU capacity across multiple clusters and providers so AI teams get one platform to access, scale, and manage compute, from a single GPU to thousands. It serves top research labs, AI startups, and enterprise teams, and is building out its US go-to-market team this year. Series A, ~40 people, ~$17M raised, revenue up 3.4x year over year, scaling from 3,000 to 10,000 GPUs by Q4 2026.

The Role

You build and run the systems that make the US revenue engine measurable and efficient. This is a single-owner Sales Operations role: you own the CRM, the pipeline data, the forecast, and the reporting leadership runs the business on. You partner closely with the US GTM Lead, the Account Executives, and Finance, set up the data layer from scratch, and automate everything that can be automated.

What You'll Own

  • HubSpot end to end: workflows, lead routing, deal stages, data hygiene, integrations, and the automations that keep the sales team fast and the data clean

  • The GTM P&L view: spend, margin, and unit economics in partnership with Finance

  • Deal monitoring: every deal through the funnel, stalls and risks surfaced early, deal desk and approvals

Who You Are

  • 3 to 5 years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS or infrastructure company

  • Admin-level HubSpot expertise: you build automations, integrations, and clean, trusted reporting from scratch (Salesforce experience also welcome)

  • Strong analytical chops: pipeline analytics, forecasting, funnel metrics

  • AI-native: you build automations and agents to do the work of a larger team (Claude, n8n, scripting)

  • On-site in San Francisco

Even better

  • AI, cloud, or infrastructure background

Process

Application review → initial screen (30 min) → take-home assignment → deep-dive interview → leadership interview → CEO interview → offer.

Why Join

  • Own the entire revenue data layer of a US go-to-market team being built this year

  • Equity at a Series A infrastructure company tripling GPU supply by Q4 2026

  • Small team, direct line to the US GTM Lead and the CEO
