About The Role
You'll own the brain behind Harper. Beyond shipping product, you'll build the AI agent that talks to candidates, understands careers, and matches people to the right roles — the intelligence that makes Harper, Harper. The right person on this problem defines the product. That's you.

What You'll Do

• Build and own Harper's AI agent core — LLM orchestration, prompting, retrieval (RAG), evals, and multi-agent flows.
• Ship the product around it end to end — frontend, backend, and the systems that put the agent in front of users.
• Design evaluation and feedback loops so the agent measurably gets smarter over time.
• Work directly with the founders to define what "a great AI recruiter" actually means.

Who You Are

• 3+ years hands-on engineering, with real experience building LLM/agent systems in production (not just demos).
• Strong across the stack so you can take the agent all the way to users.
• Fluent in modern AI tooling — orchestration frameworks, RAG, evals, prompt engineering.
• High-agency, fast, and obsessed with making the product genuinely intelligent.
