About The Role
You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO on go-to-market — and at an early-stage startup, that means getting your hands on almost everything that grows the company. Content, social, community, outreach, campaigns, ops: if it moves Harper forward, you'll touch it. A front-row seat with real ownership from week one.

What You'll Do

• Get your hands on nearly every part of growth — content, social, community, outreach, and campaigns.
• Help source and reach out to candidates and companies.
• Run campaigns end to end — from idea to execution to measuring what worked.
• Take on whatever moves the needle; early-stage means no task is "not your job."

Who You Are

• A self-starter who ships, not just plans.
• Strong writing and communication; comfortable reaching out to strangers.
• Fluent in English and Korean.
• Curious about AI, startups, and how great GTM actually works.
• Bonus: experience in marketplaces, startups, or recruiting.
