We're hiring the FDE who will open the Korean market from the front line.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose enterprise clients' toughest operational problems and translate them into clear technical KPIs.
  • Turn ambiguous requirements into robust engineering designs and execution plans.
  • Build and integrate production AI agents directly on top of clients' legacy infrastructure.
  • Own the full lifecycle — from problem definition to launch and optimization.
  • Drive live-environment reliability, latency, and performance.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of hands-on software engineering — you prove it by building, not talking.
  • Strong track record in technical problem-solving, from coding to architecture.
  • A business translator who can scope solutions with sales and product teams.
  • High-agency: you set direction and drive decisions through ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills to lead technical and business discussions with multinational clients.
  • Bonus: you've thrived in a fast-moving startup where speed and ownership matter more than titles.
