실제 환경에서 사용할 로봇 시스템의 아키텍처, 기술 로드맵, 실행 품질을 책임지는 실무형 리더입니다. 로봇 플랫폼, 제어, 센싱, 캘리브레이션, 원격 조작과 데이터 수집을 하나의 신뢰할 수 있는 시스템으로 연결합니다.

주요 업무

  • 제어·센서·하드웨어 통합의 기술 방향과 안정성 기준을 정합니다.
  • 저지연 제어, 양손 조작, 데이터 수집과 현장 실패 분석을 직접 이끕니다.
  • 로보틱스 엔지니어를 멘토링하고 팀의 설계·검증 품질을 높입니다.

자격요건

  • 실제 로봇 시스템의 구축·통합·배포 경험 약 9년 이상 또는 그에 준하는 기술 오너십
  • 로봇 제어, 조작, 센싱, 캘리브레이션과 하드웨어·소프트웨어 통합 경험
  • Python, C++, ROS/ROS2 및 한국어·서면 영어 협업 역량

    Yes. These are roles companies have asked Harper to help with, and Harper is in direct contact with them.

    Am I applying directly here?

    No. Harper uses information the company has shared privately to assess how well the role fits you. If it looks like a good fit, Harper may recommend you to the company first or ask whether you'd like to move forward with the role first. If you accept, Harper helps make the connection right away. For now, tell Harper which role interests you. Harper will review it first and prepare what it needs to introduce you well.

    Will my information be shared with the company?

    You can choose between two approaches. With Exceptional only, Harper shows you a strong opportunity first and shares your profile with the company only after you accept and allow profile sharing. With Open to matches, Harper may introduce your profile to a company first when there's a strong fit. This can lead to more opportunities, and you can review the company's proposal before deciding whether to move forward.

    What if I'm not looking to move right now?

    That's fine. Tell Harper you're not planning a move right now. You can look at a proposal you like and decide then.

    Does a person review my profile along the way?

    Harper Agent reviews the fit first. Before an introduction to a company, a Harper team member gives the connection a final check. Your profile is shared with the company according to your settings and consent.
