Company Description
A frontier robotics startup building the data and model layer for real-world robotic automation — robot foundation models for bimanual (two-armed) manipulation. Born in Silicon Valley with teams in Seoul and the US, and backed by Samsung, Hyundai (ZER01NE), and LG, it's already deploying with enterprise customers — taking robot foundation models from research into live production lines. This is the Forward Deployed Engineer who owns the customer front line, turning the hardest physical-automation problems into working robotic intelligence.

What You'll Do

• Own the customer adaptation loop: understand the target task, design the data strategy, deploy collection & evaluation pipelines, drive model adaptation, and iterate until the models work in the real world.
• Build the software that integrates the robot-foundation-model platform with each customer's robots, sensors, and systems — including customer-facing SDKs and integration interfaces.
• Run task-specific data collection, fine-tuning/adaptation, and evaluation — diagnosing failure modes across data, sensing, model, and system integration.
• Support on-site deployment at customer sites — setting up robots, sensors, and pipelines and getting them running in the field.
• Translate technical findings clearly for product, engineering, and customer stakeholders.

Who You Are

• Strong engineer, especially in Python and robotics/ML-related systems.
• Shipped software in real-world or customer-facing deployments — integrating hardware, sensors, data, and models end to end.
• High ownership and product sense; comfortable in customer-facing technical settings.
• Debugs complex issues across software, hardware, data, and model behavior.
• Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication in Korean and written English.

Bonus Points

• Robot learning, imitation learning, teleoperation, VLA/RFM systems, or model fine-tuning.
• Robot arms, grippers, cameras, sensors, calibration, or on-site robotics deployment.

• Prior startup or high-ownership technical experience.
