Location

Seoul, hybrid. Part-time, starting at 10 hours per week.

Company Description

The client builds Annie, an AI native-speaker friend for kids. Instead of solving problems in a separate learning app, kids talk with Annie in English inside Minecraft and Roblox, the games they already love. They plan survival strategies, build houses, and collect items together, and pick up English along the way. Annie offers real-time speaking, listening, and vocabulary practice matched to each child's level, plus learning reports. Thousands of kids already learn this way.

Most edtech adds game elements to learning. The client does the opposite: it puts the English experience inside the game worlds kids are already immersed in.

The client is backed by Y Combinator (F25 batch). The founding team comes from Seoul National University, Google, and YouTube.
