Governing Law: Republic of Korea Effective Date: January 2026
1. The Service (Search & Credits) Harper provides a semantic search marketplace. Users are granted a limited license to access professional data for recruitment purposes.
Credit Logic: 10 monthly credits (refreshed monthly, no rollover). 1 credits per search. 1 credits per recommendation.
The Harper Refund: If a connection is not established within 7 days or is rejected by the candidate, the 1 credits are automatically returned.
2. Design Partner Program Companies invited as Design Partners receive complimentary access. In exchange for providing product feedback and acting as early testers, all Success Fees (placement fees) are waived for the duration of the partner's participation in this program.
3. Non-Circumvention To maintain the integrity of our marketplace, Company Users agree that for twelve (12) months following the discovery of a candidate on Harper, they will not hire that candidate through external means to avoid platform fees.
4. Accuracy & Due Diligence While our AI strives for high precision, data is indexed from various public sources and may not always be real-time. Company Users are responsible for verifying a candidate’s information, qualifications, and right to work before making an offer.
5. Dispute Resolution Any disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the Seoul Central District Court as the exclusive venue of first instance.
